✨ Psychic Attack… or something more? Over the years I’ve been asked countless times what I mean when I talk about psychic attack. From my perspective as an energy healer, not every psychic attack is dramatic. Most begin subtly. Sometimes it starts with feeling unlike yourself. Your thoughts become heavier. Your emotions don’t feel like your own. You feel exhausted despite resting, becoming reactive, anxious or unusually emotional. In my experience, some of these signs can be connected to accumulated projected anger, fear, jealousy or negativity from others becoming attached within the energy field. Let’s talk about JET LAG ✈️🌍 Because the knock-on effects of the body trying to find balance again after a long-haul flight can be huge. When we rapidly cross time zones, the body’s internal rhythm, biochemistry and energetic north–south alignment can become massively disrupted. Old invasive etheric tissue can harden and form a structure-like ‘fishnet’ that wraps itself around the organs and tissues of the body. The invasive tissue mostly comes from cording that hasn’t been removed, but can also be formed from the residue of negative emotions and trauma. Last week at Omni Kids Summer Club in Leicestershire, I had the joy of holding space for 28 wonderful children to explore the magic of energy and crystals ✨ There’s something so powerful about watching young ones fully engaged in practices many of us discover much later in life… their openness and curiosity a reminder that this generation is already so deeply tuned in. Here’s what we explored together: 🌟 A guided meditation journey where the children met animal friends. An invitation to tap into the same imagination used to create stories and dreams. 🌈 Matching chakra colours to flowers and crystals. Learning how each supports different energy centres in the body. 🍓 Then came the fruit! It’s incredible to hear how Crystal Surgery can support in the mindset, preparation and post-op healing of physical surgery. ✨ Thank you for sharing your remarkable story, David. 🙏🏼 David was scheduled to receive surgery on his left hand after suffering with a severe case of Dupuytren’s contracture - a complex condition that leaves fingers permanently bent. Surgeons had advised this to be one of the most complicated hand procedures to carry out. Here are my go-to methods for cleansing crystals and keeping their energy crystal clear ✨ 🔔 Sound Frequency: Tibetan bowls, bells or tuning forks create high-vibrational frequencies that shake off stagnant energy and recharge. 🔥 Smoke Cleansing: Using sage is an ancient way to clear and reset. Pass your crystals through the sacred smoke with intention. 🌕 Moonlight Magic: Leaving your crystals under the full moon infuses them with lunar energy and naturally cleanses them. 🕊️ Selenite: Selenite is self-cleansing and can charge other crystals too. Place your crystals near a selenite wand or plate overnight. 🌿 Earth Connection: Burying your crystals in the soil allows them to reconnect with the Earth’s natural energy, grounding and recharging them deeply.
